LABOURHOME is India’s first on demand aggregation and deployment application for workforce on B2B model. LABOURHOME is brand of RVDK LABOURHOME Private Limited. It was established in May 2019 by a group of experts who in total carry 2 decades of experience in construction, civil engineering and infrastructure industry. Within a span of month, from its inception, we succeeded in acquiring some large-scale projects and fulfilling client’s requirement as we speak. We carry an ambition of assisting organizations and business across various industries by providing them quality and trained workforce.
We understand the need of our customers and efficiency of our workforce in delivery of desired results through our application. From our previous and present stints, the expected deployments are delivered from the pool of skilled and semi-skilled workforce to complete your project in shortest period of time.
RVDK LABOURHOME Private Limited is a company registered under Companies Act 2013. LABOURHOME takes pride in practising and adopting all necessary labour laws & acts. LABOURHOME intends to position itself as a single house service provider of workforce services. Aggregation happens for both, the customer and contractor. A mere registration would set you go and use our services in terms of booking labours across industries according to your demand. Our initial demand traction is in construction industry and would like to position our self as generic workforce solution provider across various industries in near future.

Ticket Size
We accept bookings with 100 workers as minimum ticket size.
Working Capital
We can also fund the booking of the customer through our registered NBFC partners against collateral.

Mr. R Vinoth Kumar
Founder and DirectorMr Vinoth carries more than a decade of experience in civil construction industry.
He Started his career from ITC Ltd as project engineer and worked across different departments till reaching the position of Regional Head of URC Construction Private Limited. Mr Vinoth is a Civil engineer graduate from PSG college of technology, Coimbatore and a post Graduate from IIFT, New Delhi in International Business. Following his passion, penning down his own venture Mr. Vinoth has started LABOURHOME, first of its kind on-demand aggregation application. Mr. Vinoth strongly believes that the industry needs such a workforce product which can be one stop solution for the so called “unorganised labour industry”
Mr. D Kabilan
Co-founder and DirectorMr. Kabilan carries more than a decade of experience in construction industry.
He is currently serving as CEO of URC Construction Private Limited. He is also serving as Director of URC infotech Pvt Limited. Mr. Kabilan is a Civil Engineering graduate from PSG college of technology, Coimbatore and MBA from Toledo University, USA. He brings in diverse entrepreneurial inputs and experience which has helped us in shaping our business plan with a sustainable perspective.
Mr. D Prabharan
CEOMr Prabharan Devarajan, is an icon in industry who is looked upon with great respect and dignity.
An experience over 37 years is something he carries with his intellect aura. Collaborating with management team to craft the company's vision and mission. Developing strategic HR plans and policies. Oversee hiring of new staff. Plan, direct and co-ordinate the administrative functions. Customer development management, sourcing new opportunities. He is a veteran in labour sourcing and deployment domain.
